Article 12 – paragraph 7 – subparagraph 2

Version initale

Contracts between the implementing partner and the final recipient or the financial intermediary or other entity referred to in point (a) of Article 15(1) under the EU guarantee referred to in the first and second subparagraphs of Article 4(2) shall be signed by one year after the approval of the relevant financing or investment operation by the implementing partner. In other cases, contracts between the implementing partner and the final recipient or the financial intermediary or other entity referred to in point (a) of Article 15(1) shall be signed by 31 December 2028.

Amendement

Contracts between the implementing partner and the final recipient or the financial intermediary or other entity referred to in point (a) of Article 15(1) shall be signed by 31 December 2028.

Exposé sommaire

This follows on from the previous amendment. If the EURI deadlines apply to the conclusionof the guarantee agreements, the deadline for the subsequent contracts should be 31December 2028
