Implementing partners shall be exempt from reporting on key performance and monitoring indicators laid down in Annex III, except those in points 1, 2, 5.2, 6.3and 7.2, as far as financing or investments operations benefiting final recipients receiving financing or investment supported by the EU guarantee or by the InvestEU financial instrument from an implementing partner or a financial intermediary not exceeding EUR 100 000 are concerned. ;

Amendement

As a derogation from the previous subparagraph and only until the end of the programming period, implementing partners shall be exempted from reporting on key performance and monitoring indicators laid down in Annex III, except those in points 1, 2, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.2, 6.1, 6.3, 7.1 and 7.2, as far as financing or investments operations benefiting final SMEs recipients receiving financing or investment supported by the EU guarantee or by the InvestEU financial instrument from an implementing partner or a financial intermediary not exceeding EUR 100 000 are concerned.

Exposé sommaire

This amendment is necessary to ensure that the simplification measures effectively benefitgenuine SMEs, particularly those that may face administrative burdens in reporting onsmaller transactions, rather than larger entities that possess the capacity to comply withreporting requirements. Furthermore, certain key performance indicators remain essential tomaintain the integrity of the Programme's assessment framework and to enable meaningfultracking of investments in strategic policy areas such as renewable energy, energy efficiency,and the just transition."
