(d) vehicles of historical interest as defined in Article 3, point (7), of Directive 2014/45/EU and all their parts, components and spare parts required for their maintenance activities and necessary to ensure their historical status;

Exposé sommaire

This amendments seeks to exclude not only vehicles of historical interest but also all theirparts and components from being classified as end-of-life vehicles. This exclusion is essentialto ensure that these vehicles can always be repaired and maintained, thereby preserving theirhistorical and cultural value.
