DRAFT OPINION on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on cooperation among enforcement authorities responsible for the enforcement of Directive (EU) 2019/633 on unfair trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain

(13) With a view to ensuring uniform conditions for the implementation of the measures laid down in this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission to be able to develop standard forms for requests for information or requests for enforcement measures. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
