(13) With a view to ensuring uniform conditions for the implementation of the measures laid down in this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission to be able to develop standard forms for requests for information or requests for enforcement measures. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The use of standard forms will improve communication between Member States. For thisreason, their adoption by the Commission should be mandatory.
