ETUDES ET PROJETS NEUFS - TRAVAUX D'AMÉNAGEMENT DE LA MAISON DU BEURRE À ECHIRE, AVENANT N°1 AU MARCHÉ DE TRAVAUX LOT 2
Monsieur Claude BOISSON, Vice-Président Délégué, expose,
Après examen par la Conférence des Maires,
Sur proposition du Président,
Vu délibération C-15-09-2021 du Conseil d’Agglomération du 27 septembre 2021, approuvant le lancement de la consultation et la signature des marchés de travaux pour l’aménagement de la Maison du Beurre à ECHIRE,
Vu les marchés signés le 8 octobre 2021 pour les 13 lots de cette opération et notifiés les 20 et 21 octobre 2021,
Considérant qu’à la suite d’une étude géotechnique, il a été nécessaire d’adapter le système de fondations de la partie extension du bâtiment,
Cette modification entraine des évolutions financières au lot n°2 :

2021093 SCER 2 – Gros-œuvre 126 665,58 13 516,92 140 182,50
Le montant total des travaux (marchés initiaux + avenant) est donc porté à 423 575,55 € HT. Le montant total des avenants présentés s’élève à 13 516,92 € HT.
Les dépenses sont intégrées au budget Principal.
Le Conseil d’Agglomération, après en avoir délibéré :
- Autorise le Président ou le Vice-Président Délégué à signer l’avenant n°1 au marché n°2021093 passé avec l’entreprise SCER pour un montant de 13 516,92 € HT portant le montant total du marché de 126 665,58 € HT à 140 182,50 € HT.
Le Conseil d'Agglomération adopte à l'unanimité cette délibération.
