Par délibération N° 18 du 27 juin 2018, le Conseil d'agglomération de Provence Alpes Agglomération a instauré la Redevance Spéciale pour les usagers non ménagers du service de collecte et de traitement des ordures ménagères sur l’ensemble du territoire de sa compétence afin de répondre au principe d’équité entre les contribuables, de maitrise des coûts de collecte et de respect de la réglementation avec une date d’application au ler janvier 2019.

Lors de cette séance le conseil d’agglomération a approuvé le règlement de la Redevance Spéciale.

Le règlement prévoit d’exonérer de Taxe d’Enlèvement des Ordures Ménagères (TEOM), les professionnels produisant des quantités supérieures à 1 500 litres par semaine et assurant eux-mêmes la collecte et l'élimination de leurs déchets, sur présentation des justificatifs suivants :

- _ Copie du contrat annuel de collecte et d'élimination à fournir avant le 31 mars de l'année, pour une exonération sur l'année en cours.

- Bilan des quantités collectées et éliminées et du nombre de collectes, établi par l'entreprise de collecte ou copie des factures émises par celle-ci, avec la nature et la quantité des déchets produits, en corrélation avec la ou les activités professionnelles, les moyens de stockage et de transport utilisés et la destination des déchets avec les justificatifs correspondants (factures, reçus, …)

Il est proposé :

- D’adopter l’exonération de la Taxe d’Enlèvement des Ordures Ménagères (TEOM) des professionnels, dont la liste suit, au titre de l’année 2024.
