INDEMNISATIONS D’ASSURANCE

Petite Enfance
En date du 21 mars 2012, une rupture de canalisation a provoqué un dégât des eaux à la crèche l’Ilot Mômes. Le montant de l’indemnisation proposé par AXA Assurances, suite à l’expertise, s’élève à 28 124 € TTC dont 16 949 € au titre de l’indemnité immédiate.
Médiathèque
Dans le cadre d’un dégât des eaux intervenu au niveau de la sous casquette (auvent) de la médiathèque, une expertise commanditée par AXA, notre assureur dommages ouvrage, a été réalisée par le cabinet EURISK qui a constaté une rupture du bandeau zinc de la rive sud. Le montant de l’indemnisation s’élève à 11 781.56 € et porte sur le déplacement et l’étude de reprise par Mme GUEDOT Architecte et la réparation des désordres par l’entreprise Zinc Adour.
Ouï cet exposé,
Le Conseil Communautaire, à l'unanimité,
- ACCEPTE le montant des indemnités ci-dessus
- AUTORISE Monsieur le Président à engager les dépenses correspondantes
