Fonctionnement
Suite à l'annulation du spectacle ABAQUE (blessure de l'artiste) il est nécessaire de prévoir les crédits au chapitre 67 « Charges exceptionnelles » afin de procéder aux remboursements des abonnés.
D'autre part après une mise à jour de l'actif du service culturel en collaboration avec les services de la trésorerie, il convient d'abonder le chapitre 68 relatif aux amortissements :
