Les membres du Conseil communautaire de Seine Normandie Agglomération, légalement convoqués le 2 juillet 2021, se sont réunis lors de la séance publique du Conseil de Seine Normandie Agglomération, Centre Culturel Guy Gambu, 1 rue Jules Ferry à Saint-Marcel (27950), sous la Présidence de Monsieur Frédéric DUCHÉ, le 8 juillet 2021 à 19h00.

Vu le code général des collectivités territoriales ;
Vu l’arrêté préfectoral n°DÉLE/BCLI/2019-59 du 30 décembre 2019 portant modification des statuts de la communauté d’agglomération Seine Normandie Agglomération ;
Vu les statuts du Syndicat Mixte du bassin versant de l’Andelle ;
Vu la décision du comité syndical du SYMA du 17 mars 2021 ;
Vu le rapport de présentation du Président ;
Considérant qu’il y a lieu d’élire un représentant titulaire et un représentant suppléant au Syndicat Mixte du bassin versant de l’Andelle (SYMA) ;
Considérant qu’il y a autant de candidats que de postes à pourvoir ;
Après en avoir délibéré,
DECIDE
Article 1 : De constater l’élection des représentants de Seine Normandie Agglomération au Syndicat Mixte du bassin versant de l’Andelle (SYMA) :

Article 2 : La délibération n°CC/20-46 du 20 juillet 2020 est abrogée.
Article 3 : En vertu de l’article R.421-1 du code de justice administrative, la présente délibération peut faire l’objet d’un recours devant le Tribunal Administratif de ROUEN dans un délai de deux mois à compter de son affichage.
Article 4 : La présente délibération sera affichée, publiée au recueil des actes administratifs, et ampliation sera adressée à Monsieur le Préfet et à Monsieur le Trésorier.
Article 5 : Le Président est chargé de l’exécution de la présente délibération.
