Le Conseil communautaire de Seine Normandie Agglomération,

Vu le code général des collectivités territoriales ;

Vu l’arrêté préfectoral n°DÉLE/BLI/2019-59 du 30 décembre 2019 portant modification des statuts de la communauté d’agglomération Seine Normandie Agglomération ;

Considérant l’approbation par le Conseil communautaire du budget primitif 2020, du compte administratif 2019 et du compte de gestion 2019 du budget annexe de l’Hôtel d’entreprises ;

Considérant que Frédéric DUCHÉ, Président de Seine Normandie Agglomération en exercice, s’est retiré au moment du vote ;

Après en avoir délibéré,

Article 1 : De procéder à l’affectation des résultats 2019 du budget annexe de l’Hôtel d’entreprises de la manière suivante :

 L’excédent de fonctionnement de 31 694,26 € au chapitre 002, imputation 002 en recettes de fonctionnement ;

 Le solde d’exécution d’investissements de 25 527,68 € en recettes d’investissement au chapitre 001, imputation 001.

Article 3 : En vertu de l’article R.421-1 du code de justice administrative, la présente délibération peut faire l’objet d’un recours devant le Tribunal Administratif de ROUEN dans un délai de deux mois à compter de son affichage.
