Les membres de Seine Normandie Agglomération, légalement convoqués le 7 juillet 2020,
par le président en exercice, se sont réunis lors de la séance du Conseil de Seine
Normandie Agglomération, en salle Viking de l'Espace Philippe-Auguste, rue Riquier à
Vernon, sous la Présidence de Madame Monique DELEMME, doyen des membres

Vu l'arrêté préfectoral n°DÉLE/BLI/2019-59 du 30 décembre 2019 portant modification des statuts de la communauté d'agglomération Seine Normandie Agglomération ;
Vu la note de synthèse afférente à cette délibération ;
Considérant le renouvellement général des conseils municipaux ;
Considérant les résultats des élections municipales dans les communes du territoire de Seine Normandie Agglomération ;
Considérant la présidence de la séance par Monique DELEMME, doyen du Conseil communautaire ;
Considérant la désignation par l'assemblée de 2 assesseurs (Catherine DELALANDE et Titouan D'HERVE) et 2 scrutateurs (Jocelyne RIDARD et Michel PATEZ) ;
Considérant la candidature de Monsieur Frédéric DUCHÉ :
Considérant que l'élection du Président se déroule au scrutin secret, uninominal majoritaire à trois tours ;
Après en avoir délibéré,

Article 1 : De constater de l'élection de Monsieur Frédéric DUCHÉ, en qualité de Président de Seine Normandie Agglomération.

Article 2: En vertu de l’article R.421-1 du code de justice administrative, la présente délibération peut faire l'objet d’un recours devant le Tribunal Administratif de ROUEN dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date de sa publication au recueil des actes administratifs de Seine Normandie Agglomération.
Article 3: La présente délibération sera publiée au recueil des actes administratifs et ampliation sera adressée à Monsieur le Préfet et à Monsieur le Trésorier.
Article 4 : Le Président est chargé de l'exécution de la présente délibération.
