A. SAOUTER expose :
L’Accueil de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH) d’OGEU-LES-BAINS est géré par l’Association « Les Sources ».
Outre la Coordinatrice Enfance et Jeunesse, deux membres délégués du Conseil Communautaire de la Communauté de Communes du Haut-Béarn doivent être désignés pour participer, avec voix consultative, aux réunions de l’Association, et sur invitation aux Conseils d’Administration.
Il convient de désigner les deux membres délégués pour cette Association.

Le Conseil Communautaire, par 71 voix pour, 1 abstention (O. ESCOT) et 2 nuls/blancs/non- participation (A. QUINTANA, M. MIRANDE) :
- DESIGNE, en tant que représentants de la Communauté de Communes du Haut- Béarn à l’Association « Les Sources », gestionnaire de l’Accueil de Loisirs Sans Hébergement d’OGEU-LES-BAINS : Mme. Anne SAOUTER et Mme Cathy GARCES,
- ADOPTE le présent rapport.
