ASSEMBLEES ET AFFAIRES JURIDIQUES – DELEGATION DE COMPETENCES DU CONSEIL AU PRESIDENT - MODIFICATION
Monsieur Jérôme BALOGE, Président, expose,
Après examen par le Bureau,
Sur proposition du Président,
Le conseil de communauté a procédé à la mise en place des délégations de compétences au Président par délibération du 28 avril 2014.
Une de ces délégations doit être modifiée.
Il convient donc de procéder à la modification d’une de ces délégations et d’y ajouter : - La décision sur les avenants à tous les marchés publics « et accords-cadres » lorsque ces avenants n’ont pas d’incidence financière sur leur montant (la mention « et accords-cadres » est ajoutée).
Il est demandé au Conseil de Communauté de bien vouloir :
- Déléguer à Monsieur Jérôme BALOGE, Président, la décision sur les avenants à tous les marchés publics et accords-cadres lorsque ces avenants n’ont pas d’incidence financière sur leur montant,
- Autoriser le Président à subdéléguer par arrêté les compétences attribuées par la présente délibération.
Le conseil adopte à l'unanimité cette délibération.
