SPORTS – CONVENTION DE PRESTATION DE SERVICE ENTRE LA VILLE DE NIORT ET LA COMMUNAUTE D'AGGLOMERATION DU NIORTAIS DANS LE CADRE DE NIORT PLAGE

Après examen par la Conférence des Maires,
Sur proposition du Président,
Dans le cadre de l’opération « Niort Plage 2018 », la Ville de Niort propose, en partenariat avec la Communauté d’Agglomération du Niortais, la mise en place d’activités aquatiques à la piscine Pré-Leroy.
Ainsi deux cycles de stages de perfectionnement, destinés à 30 enfants maximum (15 enfants par stage), se dérouleront:
- du 6 au 10 août 2018 à 17h30 : 5 séances
- du 6 au 10 août 2018 à 18h30 : 5 séances.
Il est donc proposé d’établir une convention de prestation de service avec la Ville de Niort définissant l’encadrement et la participation financière d’un montant de 960€ correspondant au coût d’encadrement de ces stages.
Il est demandé au Conseil d’Agglomération de bien vouloir :
− Approuver la mise en place de deux stages de perfectionnement dans le cadre de l’opération « Niort Plage 2018 » au prix de 960€ ;
- Approuver la convention de prestation de service correspondante, à souscrire avec la Ville de Niort ;
- Autoriser le Président ou le Vice-Président délégué à la signer.
