BUDGET ANNEXE DE LA PEPINIERE :
BUDGET PRIMITIF 2021 M. BELLEGARDE précise qu’en section de fonctionnement les recettes de location de l’immeuble permettent d’équilibrer nos dépenses.
En section d’investissement le déficit d’environ 397 k€ récurent sera comptablement équilibré par un emprunt.
Le Budget Primitif 2021 s’équilibre de la manière suivante, en dépenses et recettes :
o en fonctionnement : 41 570.84 €
o en investissement : 418 882.04 €

- APPROUVE le Budget Primitif 2021 de la Pépinière, arrêté aux montants ci-dessus,
- ADOPTE le présent rapport.
