« Selon les dispositions de l'article L.2122-2 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales : les conseils municipaux déterminent librement le nombre des adjoints au Maire sans que ce nombre puisse excéder 30 pou 100 de l'effectif légal du Conseil Municipal. »
