9 – Finances
9.2 – Vote des taux de fiscalité 2026 Il vous est proposé, après avis favorable du bureau, d’approuver les taux de fiscalité suivants pour 2026 :
- Cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) : 29,68%
- Taxe de foncier bâti (TFB) : 4,00%
- Taxe de foncier non bâti (TFNB) : 4,24%
- Taxe d’habitation (TH) : 13,08%
Ces taux sont identiques aux taux en vigueur pour 2025.
