Madame Carole TOUSSAINT, rapporteur, expose ce qui suit :
La communauté d’agglomération exerce la compétence enfance, petite enfance, et à ce titre, la gestion du Relais Petite Enfance (RPE) situé à Digne les Bains.
En 2021, la collectivité a obtenu l’agrément afin de développer un Relais Assistants Maternels Itinérant.
Le Conseil Départemental, via son service de Protection Maternelle et Infantile, accompagne les Relais Petite Enfance. Pour permettre le fonctionnement du RPE, le Conseil départemental apporte un soutien financier à la communauté d’agglomération.
Ce soutien se traduit par une subvention annuelle de 7 000 €, à titre de participation pour le financement du poste de l’Animatrice-Responsable du RPE. La subvention demandée pour l’année 2022 s’élève ainsi à 7000€.
Ceci exposé, 1l vous est demandé :
- D’approuver l’opération et la demande de subvention.
- D’autoriser Madame la Présidente ou son représentant à signer l’ensemble des documents s’y rapportant, et notamment la convention de partenariat pour l’année 2022.
