ADMINISTRATION GENERALE, JURIDIQUE – MODIFICATION DU REGIME DES INDEMNITES DES ELUS DE LA COMMUNAUTE D'AGGLOMERATION DU NIORTAIS SUITE A L'INSTALLATION D'UN NOUVEAU CONSEILLER COMMUNAUTAIRE DE VALLANS
Monsieur Jérôme BALOGE, Président, expose,
Après examen par la Conférence des Maires,
Vu les articles L.5211-12, L.5216-4, L.2123-24-1 et R.5216-1 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales,
Vu l’arrêté préfectoral du 29 mai 2013 portant création de la Communauté d’Agglomération du Niortais modifié,
Considérant l'installation d'un conseiller communautaire titulaire pour la commune de Vallans,
Il est demandé au Conseil d’Agglomération de bien vouloir :
− Se prononcer, conformément au tableau joint, sur le taux de l’indemnité de fonctions à verser à Monsieur HALGAN Michel, conseiller communautaire titulaire de Vallans qui entrera en vigueur à compter de la date effective d'entrée en fonction soit le 29 janvier 2018.
Le conseil adopte à l'unanimité cette délibération.
