COMPLEXE HENRI BARBUSSE DE NIORT A L´ASSOCIATION
SPORTIVE ´LE CLUB ALPIN FRANÇAIS´
Madame Chantal BARRE Adjointe au Maire expose :
Mesdames et Messieurs,
Sur proposition de Madame le Maire
Après examen par la commission municipale compétente,
La structure artificielle d’escalade du Complexe Henri Barbusse est mise à la disposition non exclusive de l’Association « Le Club Alpin Français », pour la pratique de l’escalade. La convention de mise à disposition arrivant à échéance, il vous est proposé de la renouveler pour une période d’un an.
Il est demandé au Conseil municipal de bien vouloir :
- approuver le renouvellement de la convention de mise à disposition non exclusive de la structure artificielle d’escalade du Complexe Henri Barbusse à l’Association « Le Club Alpin Français » pour une durée d'un an ;
- autoriser Madame le Maire ou l’Adjointe déléguée à la signer.
