FIXATION DU TAUX DE COTISATION FONCIERE DES ENTREPRISES
M. GAILLAT indique que dans le cadre de la nouvelle organisation fiscale, il appartient à notre collectivité de déterminer le taux de cotisation foncière des entreprises qui s’appliquera pour l’année 2012.
Conformément au débat d’orientation budgétaire qui s’est tenu le 1 er mars dernier, il vous est proposé de maintenir ce taux de CFE à 26.68 %.

Le Conseil Communautaire, à l'unanimité, - ADOPTE le présent rapport
- MAINTIENT le taux relais de cotisation foncière des entreprises à 26.68 % pour l’année 2012
