SMIRT
regroupe
l’ensemble
des
autorités
organisatrices
de
transport
du
Nord-
Pas-de-Calais
et
a
pour
objet
la
coopération
de
ses
adhérents
afin
de
coordonner
les
services
qu'ils
organisent,
de
mettre
en
place
un
système
multimodal
d'information
à
l'intention
des
usagers
et
de
rechercher
la
création
d’une
tarification
coordonnée
et
de
titre
de
transports
uniques
et
unifiés.
En
tant
qu'autorité
organisatrice
de
transport
(AOT),
la
Communauté
d'agglomération
adhère
à
ce
syndicat.
Après
en
avoir
délibéré,
le
conseil
communautaire
à
l’unanimité
décide
de
l'élection
d’un
représentant
titulaire
et
d’un
représentant
suppléant
qui
siégeront
au
conseil
d'administration
de
ce
syndicat.
