La
loi
n°2015-992
du
17
août
2015
relative
à
la
transition
énergétique
pour
la
croissance
verte
incite
les
syndicats
qui
exercent
la compétence
d'autorité
organisatrice
de
la distribution
publique
d'électricité
(et
de
gaz)
à
mettre
en
place
une
instance,
appelée
« Commission
consultative
Paritaire
»
(CCP).
Elle
se
veut
avant
tout
un
lieu
de
dialogue
entre
le
Syndicat
et
l’ensemble
des
Epci
à
fiscalité
propre
présents
en
tout
ou
partie
sur
le
périmètre
syndical.
Par
délibérations
du
28
janvier
et
26
avril
2016,
le
comité
syndical
du
SIDEC
a
souhaité
instaurer
cette
commission
et
en
définir
la composition.
Ainsi,
elle
sera
composée
de
10
membres,
soit
5
délégués
du
syndicat
et
5
représentants
des
EPCI
présents
sur
leur
territoire,
et sera
présidée
par
le Président
du
SIDEC.
Après
en
avoir
délibéré,
le
conseil
communautaire
décide
à
l’unanimité
de
désigner
deux
représentants
de
la
Communauté
d'Agglomération
de
Cambrai
à
la
commission
consultative
paritaire
du
Syndicat
Intercommunal
de
l'Energie
d
mbrésis
(SIDEC)
