Vu le code général des collectivités territoriales et notamment son article L5211-10 qui indique les conditions de délégation d’attribution de l’organe délibérant au Président d’un établissement public de coopération intercommunale,
Considérant l’obligation de rendre compte à l’assemblée des différentes décisions prises par le Président en application de ces délégations,
Monsieur le Président donne lecture des décisions-conventions au conseil communautaire (liste N° 2026CD0586 au N° 2026CD0860) Celles-ci n’appellent pas de remarques particulières.
Après en avoir délibéré à l’unanimité, le conseil communautaire : - prend acte des décisions-conventions prises par le Président ((liste N° 2026 CD0586 au N° 2026CD0860).
