11 - DISSOLUTION DU SIVU DE L’ECRETEUR DE CRUE
Monsieur GAILLAT informe l’Assemblée que la création du syndicat des gaves entraîne de fait la dissolution des syndicats existants.
A ce titre le SIVU de l’écrêteur de crue doit être dissout.
La Commune d’Oloron Sainte-Marie précise qu’elle est d’accord sur cette dissolution conformément à la délibération du 29 mars 2012 joint en annexe.

Ouï cet exposé, le CONSEIL MUNICIPAL, à l’unanimité,
- APPROUVE le présent rapport,
- AUTORISE Monsieur le Maire à engager toutes les démarches
administratives nécessaires,
- DESIGNE les membres suivants :

Jean-Michel BRUGIDOU, Marie-José ROMEO, André
