MUSEES – REGULARISATION DU STOCK D'ENTREES MUSEES AVEC L'OFFICE DE TOURISME COMMUNAUTAIRE

Après examen par la Conférence des Maires,
Sur proposition du Président,
L’office de tourisme communautaire achète régulièrement des tickets d’entrées aux musées à destination de sa clientèle, dans le cadre de la convention de partenariat avec la Communauté d’Agglomération du Niortais (CAN) signée le 5 juin 2015.
La Trésorerie Niort Sèvre Amendes a demandé l’inscription de mentions particulières sur ces billets destinés à la revente (tarif de vente appliqué par l’Office de tourisme, période de validité, mention « prévente Office de tourisme Niort Marais poitevin vallée de la Sèvre niortaise).
L’office de tourisme communautaire possède un stock de 127 tickets sans les mentions particulières demandées par la Trésorerie : un échange avec des tickets conformes est donc proposé par la CAN, ces tickets étant extraits du logiciel de caisse sans incidence financière.
Il est demandé au Conseil d’Agglomération de bien vouloir :
- Approuver l’échange du stock – sans incidence financière - de 127 tickets d’entrées aux musées ne portant pas les mentions demandées par la Trésorerie de Niort Sèvre Amendes avec 127 tickets revêtus des mentions, cela au profit de l’Office de tourisme communautaire.
Le conseil adopte à l'unanimité cette délibération.
