Exposé des motifs :

Les subventions aux associations, Etablissements Publics Locaux (Centre Communal d' Action Sociale et Caisse des Ecoles) et autres organismes ne peuvent être versées avant le vote du budget communal. De ce f ait, les organismes qui pourraient avoir, dès le l janvier, des besoins de trésorerie, ne peuvent recevoir aucune allocation.

Toutefois, si une délibération particulière intervient avant le vote du budget, ces associations, Etablissements Publics Locaux et autres organismes peuvent recevoir des acomptes sur subventions, zyxwvutsrqponmlkjihgfedcbaZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHGFEDCBA à concurrence d'un total ne pouvant dépasser le montant des attributions de l'exercice précédent.

Pour répondre à ces demandes, il est demandé au Conseil municipal de bien vouloir approuver le versement aux organismes ci-après, des acomptes sur subventions, et ce, dès janvier 2021, dans la limite de 25% du montant attribué en 2020.
