TRANSFORMATION DE POSTE
M. CARSUZAA expose :
Petite Enfance
La personne assurant les fonctions d’accueil-secrétariat-comptabilité du service Petite Enfance réunissant les conditions pour pouvoir bénéficier d’une promotion interne au grade de rédacteur territorial, la communauté de communes a décidé de soumettre son dossier à la commission administrative paritaire.
La CAP compétente pour les fonctionnaires de catégorie B ayant donné un avis favorable à cette promotion, il est proposé de procéder à la suppression du poste d’adjoint administratif principal de 1ère classe et à la création d’un poste de rédacteur territorial à compter de novembre 2010.
Les crédits correspondants sont prévus au budget primitif 2010. Ouï cet exposé,
Le Conseil Communautaire, à l’unanimité,
- APPROUVE le présent rapport ;
- SUPPRIME un poste d’adjoint administratif principal de 1ère classe ;
- CREE un poste de rédacteur territorial.
