VU le Code Général des Collectivités territoriales et notamment l’article L.2122-1 « il y a dans chaque commune, un maire et un ou plusieurs adjoints élus parmi les membres du conseil municipal » et larticle L.2122-2 « Le conseil municipal détermine le nombre des adjoints au maire sans que ce nombre puisse excéder 30 p 100 de l'effectif légal du conseil municipal »,
