Madame Patricia GRANET BRUNELLO), rapporteur, expose ce qui suit :
Le département des Alpes-Maritimes, en particulier les vallées de l’arrière-pays niçois, a été durement touché par des intempéries exceptionnelles le week-end du 2 octobre 2020.
Les infrastructures pour beaucoup sont détruites ou endommagées et des centaines de personnes se retrouvent sans habitation et ont tout perdu.
Dans ces moments dramatiques, la solidarité doit naturellement s'imposer.
C’est pourquoi il est proposé d’octroyer une aide exceptionnelle d’un montant de 10 000 €, qui sera versée au fonds d’urgence de la Métropole de Nice et sera affectée exclusivement aux sinistrés.
Par ce geste, Provence Alpes Agglomération souhaîte apporter un soutien moral et matériel à des familles profondément affectées et démunies.
Il vous est demandé d’approuver cette proposition.
