Monsieur Gérard PAUL, rapporteur, expose ce qui suit :
De part ses statuts, la Communauté d'Agglomération PROVENCE ALPES AGGLOMERATION assume la compétence « Assainissement Non Collectif », sur le territoire des anciennes communautés de communes Asse Bléone Verdon, Pays de Seyne et Haute Bléone.
L'article L 2224-4 du code général des collectivités territoriales stipule qu’il convient d’établir un rapport d'activité du Service Public d’Assainissement Non Collectif, rapport qui doit être mis en ligne sur le site le site www.services.eaufrance.fr conformément à l’arrêté du Schéma National des Données sur l'Eau du 26 juillet 2010.
Le rapport annuel 2018 relevant de la communauté d'Agglomération Provence Alpes Agglomération est présenté en annexe.
