Vu le code général des collectivités territoriales et notamment les articles L. 2121-33 et L. 5211-
1;
Vu l’arrêté préfectoral n°2016-294-002 en date du 21 octobre 2016 portant création et statuts de la communauté d'Agglomération Provence Alpes Agglomération,
Vu la délibération n°01 du 12 avril 2017 portant adhésion de la communauté d’agglomération au Syndicat Intercommunal des Collectivités Territoriales Informatisées Alpes Méditerranée (SICTIAM),
Vu les statuts du Syndicat Intercommunal des Collectivités Territoriales Informatisées Alpes
Méditerranée (SICTIAM),
Il est rappelé que la communauté d'agglomération Provence Alpes Agglomération a adhéré au
Syndicat Intercommunal des Collectivités Territoriales Informatisées Alpes Méditerranée
(SICTIAM),
Conformément aux statuts du syndicat (article 8), la communauté d’agglomération doit
désigner 3 délégués titulaires et 3 délégués suppléants pour siéger à l'assemblée générale.
Au terme des articles L. 5711-1 du CGCT et L5721-2 du CGCT, le conseil communautaire peut
choisir l’un de ses membres ou tout conseiller municipal d’une commune membre pour le
représenter au comité syndical
Il vous est proposé de désigner les délégués appelés à siéger au SICTIAM.
