RESTAURATION SCOLAIRE : AVENANT DE TRANSFERT AU MARCHE LOT N° 6 « VOLAILLES »
M. SOUMET précise que dans le cadre de la consultation engagée pour l'achat des denrées alimentaires pour l’année 2014, le lot n° 6 « VOLAILLES » a été confié aux Etablissements LACRAMPE, Volailler à VERDETS.
Or, Monsieur LACRAMPE nous a informés, durant l'été, de la cession de son entreprise à la SARL Les fils d'EÉscalière de TARBES.
Aussi, il convient de signer un avenant de transfert du marché à cette société faisant apparaître, notamment, les sommes restant dues aux deux parties.
Par conséquent, Ouï cet exposé,
Le Conseil Communautaire, à l'unanimité. M. LACRAMPE ne participant pas au vote.
- AUTORISE Monsieur le Président à signer l'avenant de transfert du marché Lot 6 « Volailles » avec la SARL les Fils d'Escalière.
