Monsieur Jean-Jacques DALL'ACQUA expose que.
Vu l'article L. 2223-22 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales,
Les communes peuvent instituer une taxe d'inhumation pour chaque inhumation effectuée sur le territoire
Ouf cet exposé, le CONSEIL. MUNICIPAL, par 25 voix pour et 8 voix contre (M. Bernard UTHURRY, Mme Marie-Lyse GASTON, M. Jean-Ettenne GAILLAT, Mme Aurélie GIRAUDON, M. Robert BAREILLE, Mme Anne BARBET, NM. Védn-Pierre ARANJO, Mme Véronique PEBEYRE),
+ APPROUVE le présent rapport, - INSTITUE le taxe d'inhumation sur le territoire,
- FIXE à 50 € le montant de taxe pour chaque inhumation. L
