DÉSIGNATION D'UN REPRESENTANT DE LA COMMUNAUTE DE COMMUNES DU PIEMONT OLORONAIS AU CONSEIL DE SURVEILLANCE DU CENTRE HOSPITALIER D'OLORON
M. LACRAMPE indiqu'en vertu de Particle R6143-2 du Code de la Santé Publique, il appartient à notre collectivité de désigner un représentant pour siéger au Conseil de Surveillance du Centre Hospitalier d'Oloron, au titre des représentants des collectivités territoriales.
Traditionnellement, cette représentation est assurée pour notre collectivité par le président de la Communauté de Communes.
Oui cet exposé,
Le Conseil Communautaire, à l'unanimité, -__DESIGNE Monsieur Daniel LACRAMPE pour représenter la Communauté de Communes du Piémont Oloronais au sein du Conseil de Surveillance du Centre Hospitalier d'Oloron.
