Monsieur Marc BONDIL, rapporteur, expose ce qui suit :
Suite à un état établit par Mr BLAISON Francis, trésorier de Digne les Bains, portant sur des produits, qui malgré les relances et poursuites, sont devenus irrécouvrables (insuffisante d’actif suite à liquidation).
De ce fait, il convient d’accepter en non-valeur les produits irrécouvrables pour un montant de 283.58 € HT soit 297.76 € T.T.C.
Il vous est demandé
D’ACCEPTER en non-valeur les produits irrécouvrables pour un montant de
283.58 € HT soit 297.76 € T.T.C sur le budget de l’Abattoir de SEYNE.
