La séance a été ouverte sous la présidence de Monsieur DEBAIN, Maire sortant, qui après l’appel nominal, a donné lecture des résultats constatés aux procès-verbaux des élections du 30 mars 2014 et a déclaré installer :

Sous la présidence de Monsieur HEMET, doyen d’âge, le Conseil municipal a élu par 25 voix Monsieur Bernard DEBAIN, en qualité de Maire de Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, Monsieur GUERSON n’ayant obtenu que 5 voix, 3 conseillers
municipaux r’ayant pas pris part au vote.
Sous la présidence de Monsieur le Maire, le Conseil municipal a :
e fixé à l'unanimité à neuf le nombre d’adjoints au Maire,
«élu par 25 voix la liste des adjoints au Maire, dont les noms suivent (8 conseillers municipaux n°’ayant pas pris pt au vote) :
