M. Sacha Hewak, Maire de la Ville de Sézanne,
Vu la délibération n° 2020-06-16 du 18 juin 2020 par laquelle le Conseil Municipal l’a chargé, par délégation, de prendre certaines décisions prévues à l’article L 2122-22 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales,
DÉCIDE :
Article 1er : Le logement situé 1 rue Linot Collot, 1er étage, à Sézanne, de type F4, est loué à M. et Mme BALYTA à compter du 1er octobre 2023.
Article 2 : Le loyer sera révisé tous les ans à la date anniversaire du bail, en fonction de l'indice de référence des loyers (IRL) du 3éme trimestre.
