Vu l’arrêté préfectoral du 29 mai 2013 portant création de la Communauté d’Agglomération du Niortais modifié,
Considérant la démission de Monsieur Alain GRIPPON en tant que 2ème Membre du Bureau Délégué ; ce dernier restant conseiller communautaire,
Considérant le Procès-Verbal d'élection du 2ème Membre du Bureau Délégué du 28 mai 2018.
Il est demandé au Conseil d’Agglomération de bien vouloir :
− Se prononcer, conformément au tableau joint, sur le taux de l’indemnité de fonctions à verser à Michel PAILLEY, 2ème Membre du Bureau Délégué.
