POINT 7 : DEMANDE DU SYNDICAT DES COMMERÇANTS DES MARCHÉS DE FRANCE DE LA MOSELLE DE BÉNÉFICIER D’UNE GRATUITÉ D’UN MOIS SUR L’ABONNEMENT 2022 SUITE À L’INTERDICTION DE DÉBALLAGE POUR LES COMMERCANTS DITS "NON ESSENTIELS" AU PRINTEMPS 2021

Le conseil municipal,

Après avoir entendu les explications de M. Sébastien Glock, conseiller municipal, qui indique que le "Syndicat des Commerçants des Marchés de France" de la Moselle sollicite, au regard de l’interdiction de déballage pour les commerçants dits "non essentiels" pour la période de pandémie du 3 avril au 19 mai 2021, la gratuité d’un mois sur l’abonnement 2022, au marché hebdomadaire de plein air de Sarralbe. Sur proposition de la Commission d’Administration Générale et des Finances,

A l’unanimité des voix,

- décide d’accorder la gratuité pour une durée d’un mois sur l’abonnement annuel selon détail dans le tableau ci-après :
