Monsieur Jérôme BALOGE, Président, expose,
Après examen par la Conférence des Maires,
Vu les articles L.5211-12, L.5216-4, L.2123-24-1 et R.5216-1 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales,
Vu l’arrêté préfectoral du 29 mai 2013 portant création de la Communauté d’Agglomération du Niortais modifié,
Considérant l’installation d’un conseiller communautaire titulaire pour la commune de Niort,
Il est demandé au Conseil d’Agglomération de bien vouloir :
Se prononcer, conformément au tableau joint, sur le taux de l’indemnité de fonctions à verser à Monsieur DESCAMPS Fabrice, conseiller communautaire titulaire de Niort qui entrera en vigueur à compter de la date effective d'entrée en fonction soit le 20 septembre 2017.
Le conseil adopte à l'unanimité cette délibération.
