Le Maire de la Commune de GRANS,

Vu la délibération n° 2022/71 du 4 avril 2022 donnant délégation au Maire pour une partie des matières énumérées à l’article L 2122-22 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, et notamment pour la préparation, la passation, l'exécution et le règlement des marchés publics n’excédant pas 90 000 € HT (quatre-vingt-dix mille euros),

Vu le projet pour les élus du Conseil Municipal des Jeunes de visiter le Parlement Européen situé à Bruxelles,

Vu le souhait de découvrir l'hémicycle du Parlement Européen et l'intérêt pour les jeunes élus de découvrir cet organe législatif élu directement par les citoyens de l'Union Européenne,

Vu la distance entre la Commune et le Parlement Européen, il convient de prévoir un hébergement pour 15 jeunes et 3 accompagnants,

Vu la consultation de plusieurs lieux d'hébergement à Bruxelles,

Vu la proposition de MEININGER Hôtel Brussels City Center enregistrée sous la référence GED 2025-1622 d’un montant de 2242,92 € pour 15 jeunes et 3 accompagnants du 21 au 23 mai 20285,

Considérant cette démarche citoyenne et pédagogique,

Considérant que le choix du logement est lié aux avis, à la localisation par rapport au Centre et au Parlement Européen et également à la disponibilité sur les dates souhaitées en fonction de l’activité du Parlement,

DECIDE

Article 1°* :

Décide de retenir la proposition de MEININGER Hôtel Brussels City Center sise Quai du Hainaut 33,1080 Brussels, Belgique d’un montant de deux mille deux cent quarante-deux euros et quatre-vingt-douze cents (2242,92 €), pour un séjour de deux nuits, du 21 au 23 mai 2025, pour 15 jeunes et 3 accompagnants.

Article 2 :

La dépense sera imputée à l'article correspondant du Budget Primitif 2025.

Article 3 :

Monsieur le Directeur Général des Services de la ville de GRANS et Madame la Directrice du Service Municipal Enfance Jeunesse de la ville de GRANS sont chargés de l'exécution de la présente décision qui sera publiée conformément à la loi et fera l’objet d'une ampliation à Monsieur le Sous-Préfet d’Istres, au Secrétariat du Maire et au Service des Finances.

Conformément à l'article R421-1 du Code de Justice Administrative, le présent acte pourra faire l'objet d’un recours contentieux devant le Tribunal Administratif de MARSEILLE, sis 31 rue Jean

François Leca — 13002 MARSEILLE (tél. : 04.91.13.48.13 / Courriel : greffe.ta-marseille@juradm.fr) dans un délai de deux (02) mois à compter de sa publication. Un recours administratif est également possible auprès de l'autorité du présent acte dans le délai de deux (02) mois à compter de sa publication. Acceptance of Offer (AOF): ee]

The date of acceptance of offer is the date entered by you below the tick box when accepting the offer. The accepted offer needs to be sent within its validity by email to groups@meininger-hotels.com. AOF is a binding contract between the parties. After AOF, a booking reservation confirmation will be sent to you.

We assume that the person accepting the offer has the legal capacity and all requisite authority to execute and deliver the offer.

Payment

A payment of 10 percent of the total booking price shall be due immediately on confirmation of the booking. The remaining amount will be due no later than 30 days prior to arrival without the hotel issuing a separate payment reminder.

In the case of group bookings booked less than 60 days prior to arrival the first advance payment of 10 percent shall not apply and the total booking amount will be due in advance immediately after the reconfirmation of the booking by MEININGER Hotels.

The MEININGER standard conditions apply if no other agreements have been signed.

Our preferred means of payment in hotels are cashless, exceptions may apply due to local legal requirements.

Hungarian tour operators/travel agencies with reservations for MEININGER Budapest Great Market Hall: It is possible to pay in HUF instead of EUR. Please note that the price in HUF is based on the daily exchange rate and may change before your payment.

Cancellations

The deadline for free cancellations is 60 days before the day of arrival. This also applies if the contract is concluded within the deadline. Thereafter, cancellation charges are payable on the following terms:

- As fromthe 59th day prior to arrival 10 percent of the agreed booking amount is payable. - As from the 29th day prior to arrival 50 percent of the agreed booking amount is payable. - As from the 9th day prior to arrival 90 percent of the agreed booking amount is payable.

- For cancellations on the arrival day and for no-shows 90 percent of the agreed booking amount is payable.

Booked catering services may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the agreed price will be payable. The MEININGER standard conditions apply if no other agreements have been signed.

Rooms and accommodation

The rooms are available to you from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11.00 am on the day of departure. Guests booked in multi bedded rooms are accommodated in private rooms from 4 up to 12 beds, depending on the structure of the hotel. Dormitories are allocated with participants of full age only; minors need to be accommodated in private rooms.

Room cleaning ‘Mindful by nature’

Your rooms are professionally cleaned and disinfected before arrival. Throughout your stay, room cleaning is carried out every other day.

Towels

Towels will be included in all room categories.

Lunch or dinner

If you are looking for half board or full board, we do offer dinner, lunch and packed lunches until 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Due to limited seating capacities in our hotel dining areas, please note that bigger groups might have to be split during meals into different time slots. This ensures a smooth service procedure during meals and assures our service standard.

For lunch and dinner, MEININGER serves a three-course meal in a buffet format: À comforting soup starter is served from November to February, while a seasonal salad bar with a make-your-own concept is available from March to October. This is followed by a hot main dish and a dessert. All hot meals are age-appropriate and nutritionally balanced. Portions are customized per guest. For allergy sufferers and guests with food intolerances, dishes are available in vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and nut-free
