Monsieur Claude FIAERT, rapporteur, expose ce qui suit :
Lors de sa réunion du 21 septembre 2017, le conseil communautaire de Provence Alpes
Agglomération a approuvé une convention relative au montant de la contribution annuelle des
collectivités qui constituent le syndicat (Conseil départemental, Communauté d'agglomération
Durance Lubéron Verdon et Communauté d’agglomération Provence Alpes agglomération) et aux modalités de versement au cours de l’année afin d’assurer au syndicat un rythme régulier
de trésorerie.
Une nouvelle convention doit être signée pour fixer les montants et modalités de versement des
contributions statutaires pour 2020
La participation de Provence Alpes Agglomération passe de 634 938 € à 552 168 €. Cette
diminution s'explique par le résultat du Syndicat mixte qui est en progression, par une
participation plus importante de la part du Conseil départemental 04 (participation forfaitaire et
non liée aux nombres d’élèves hors agglomérations de PAA et DLVA) ainsi qu’une baisse des
effectifs sur le territoire de PAA.
