2026-06 — PARTICIPATION AU SYNDICAT INTERCOMMUNAL DE GESTION DES
INSTALLATIONS SPORTIVES {SIGIS) 2026
Le Conseil Municipal,
Vu le Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, notamment Les articles L 5212-19 et L 5212-
20;
Considérant que si un transfert de fiscalité a été opéré au profit du SIGIS, la Commune peut
prendre en charge sur son budget propre une partie de la participation syndicale notamment afin
de préserver Les contribuables ;
Après en avoir délibéré, à l'unanimité, décide, Article 1* : De prévoir au budget une participation directe au SIGIS pour un montant de 66 000 €,
le reliquat demeurant fiscalisé.
