D01: Technical employee new job contract
A new work contract is offered to the employee who has been already
working under another work contract.
The new one is contracting a 35hr/week working position and will be
effective from September 4‘? 2020
The City Hall Council is about to set up another position as a communal
employee
DO2: The Mayor will be representing the village at a local commission
ruled by the Communauté de Communes Bastides Dordogne- Périgord.
D03: Subsides to the village associations
The associations will be credited with 2020 subsides as long as they
present their financial activities report from 2019.
Any other business:
The Major reminded the Council that the Sous- Préfète will be coming
to Monpazier on Thursday, October 8t. She will be offered a tour in the
village in order to intoduce to her the various projects, the village
challenges. She will be visiting the Bastideum.
À 1870 war souvenir ceremony will be set on October 28ï at 6:00 pm
in front of the “Monuments aux Morts”. A few veterans will be
attending the ceremony.
A Citizenship Day will be set up on Friday October 16!" in the morning. A public meeting will be taking place on October 7‘ at 6:00 pm in order
to give information about composting.
The City Hall Council is aware about a good feedback regarding the City
Hall communication.
The Mayor gave a presentation of the democracy participatory program
questionnaire which will be given to the residents. À workshop meeting
will be taking place on October 5°" at 6:00 in order to finalize the
content of this questionnaire.
The City Hall Council is aware that the Bastideum activity has been very
successful with a lot of visitors and a quite significant amount of money
collected.
