2 – Représentation de DOUAISIS AGGLO
2.2 - Désignation des délégués de DOUAISIS AGGLO au SCOT Grand Douaisis DOUAISIS AGGLO est membre du Syndicat mixte pour le schéma de cohérence territoriale du Grand Douaisis – SCOT - (transfert des compétences « schéma de cohérence territoriale et schéma de secteur » et « PCAET »)
Suivant les statuts du SCOT Grand Douaisis, DOUAISIS AGGLO y est représentée par un nombre de délégué titulaire égal au nombre de communes qui la compose, selon le principe d’un délégué titulaire par tranche commencée de 10 000 habitants. DOUAISIS AGGLO désigne un délégué suppléant pour chaque délégué titulaire.

Pour l’élection des délégués de DOUAISIS AGGLO, le choix du Conseil communautaire peut porter sur l’un de ses membres ou sur tout conseiller municipal d’une commune membre, conformément aux dispositions de l’article L5711-1 du CGCT.
Conformément à l’article L5711-1, le Conseil communautaire peut décider de ne pas procéder par scrutin secret aux nominations de leurs délégués au sein d’un syndicat mixte.
Il est donc proposé au Conseil de procéder à l’élection des délégués.
