EPFL BEARN-PYRENEES : ADHESION DE NOUVELLES COLLECTIVITES
M. LACRAMPE indique que par courrier en date du 15 juin 2017, l'Etablissement Public Foncier Local Béarn Pyrénées nous a informé
que lors de sa réunion du 13 juin 2017, son Conseil
d'Administration s'était prononcé favorablement sur la demande d'adhésion de la Communauté de Communes des Luys en Béarn et de
la commune d’Arudy.
Conformément à l’article 8 de ses Statuts, chaque adhérent de l'EPFL doit
se prononcer sur ces adhésions nouvelles.

Le Conseil Communautaire, à l'unanimité
-__ ACCEPTE l'adhésion à l'EPFL Béarn Pyrénées de la Communauté de
Communes des Luys en Béarn et de la commune
d’Arudy.
