OBJET : Fixation des taux de la fiscalité directe locale à compter du 1er janvier 2019
L’assemblée délibérante doit voter chaque année, avant le 15 avril, le taux des taxes ménages (taxe d'habitation et taxes foncières).
La DGFIP a transmis par le biais de l’état P 1259, les bases prévisionnelles présentées dans le tableau ci-dessous :
Pour la taxe d'habitation, le taux pour l'agglomération en 2018 était de 9,01%.
Pour la taxe foncière sur les propriétés non bâties, le taux était de 2,25% pour 2018.
Pour la taxe foncière sur les propriétés bâties, le taux était de 2 % en 2018.
Pour la Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises, le taux est de 24,18 % en 2018 avec un lissage sur sept ans.
Il est proposé au conseil de maintenir ces 4 taux au même niveau pour l'année 2019.

VU l’article 1609 nonies C du Code Général des Impôts,
CONSIDERANT que le produit de fiscalité directe locale nécessaire à l'équilibre du budget est de 18 128 292 €,
Le conseil communautaire, après en avoir délibéré, décide :
- de maintenir les taux :
◦ de la taxe foncière sur les propriétés bâties à 2 %,
◦ de la taxe d'habitation à 9,01%,
◦ de taxe foncière sur les propriétés non bâties à 2,25%,
◦ de la contribution foncière des entreprises à 24,18 %,
- d'autoriser le Président ou son représentant à signer tout document se rapportant à cette délibération.
