Objet : Désignation du secrétaire de séance

L’article L.2121-15 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales dispose qu’au début de chacune de ses séances, l’assemblée délibérante nomme un ou plusieurs de ses membres pour remplir les fonctions de secrétaire.
En vertu de l’article L.5211-1 du CGCT, ces dispositions sont pleinement applicables aux Établissements Publics de Coopération Intercommunale.
Un membre du Conseil communautaire est invité à se présenter pour remplir les fonctions de secrétaire de séance du Conseil communautaire du jeudi 11 mai 2023.
Le Conseil Communautaire :
- DÉCIDE à l'unanimité de ne pas procéder au scrutin secret à cette nomination comme le permet l'article L 2121-21, dernier alinéa du CGCT,
- NOMME Madame Sandra LOMBARDY pour remplir les fonctions.
